We had a pleasant short stay; Cas was extremely friendly, and Franeker and its surroundings were beautiful. Positive points included the nice bathroom with a spacious shower, a sufficiently large kitchen, free parking nearby, good communication and well-functioning wifi. On the other hand, there were some downsides, such as noisy co-tenants until late at night, the rather hard bed that is actually a sofa bed, and partly not perfectly clean dishes.
