There are available bikes and a shed to store them, complete with locks. A handy tool is provided to easily adjust the height of the saddle. The garden offers a sunny lawn and a covered table with seating, making outdoor dining possible even when it rains. We brought garden cushions for extra comfort. The Wi-Fi works quickly and reliably. The modern bathroom has a shower with low water pressure, but plenty of clean towels are available, although there is no bath mat. Unfortunately, the upstairs neighbour was quite noisy, with nocturnal activities audible, but this is beyond the host's control. Despite this inconvenience, the setting is beautiful, with the house right on the canal and friendly people surrounded by peace and quiet. Convenient daily shops are a short walk away, and free parking is available just 5 minutes away.
